The construction project manager sets up the estimates, the budgets and the construction timetable for the client and develops the construction strategy. He selects the subcontractors and workers, and provides required explanations for the builders and other professionals associated with the project, coordinating and collaborating with the architects, engineers and specialists.
Identifies customers' purchasing requirements and technical specifications. Determines design approaches and parameters for testing and qualifying electromechanical equipment and systems with and emphasis on HVAC equipment.
Design, lean manufacturing, process design, analysis and improvement, materials management, inventory replenishment, selection and implementation, resource capacity and utilization studies, and operational efficiency.
Provides coordination of project execution and control, in a given discipline area, to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through final design.
This position is primarily responsible for the management of capital engineering projects including the preparation of designs, scopes of work, and technical documentation; the generation of cost estimates.
Support and develop the use of statistical techniques, develop validation protocols, qualify first articles, complete process capability studies & process validation on both internal & supplier processes.
Primary functions are to develop fabrication drawings, technical illustrations and supporting documents for the manufacture, assembly, operation, and maintenance of machines used in a manufacturing environment.
In this role, the selected candidate must have expertise in GD&T and drawing interpretation to challenge and direct effective communication to enable robust manufacturing and CTQ (Critical to Quality) parameters.
Manages packaging development and improvement projects to meet client, company, and regulatory needs. Creates project plans and organizes resources to ensure project milestones are met within expectations of timeline, quality and budget.
