The Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics plays a key role in the definition, design, development, and support of reporting and analysis providing decision makers with actionable business intelligence attained from data gathered in the daily interactions that customers have with digital websites.
Responsible for defining a strategic platform narrative through the lens of customer stories and thought leadership content. You will live the customer journey and help inform and retell the magic of how Salesforce has helped companies transform.
Works closely with Senior Marketing Consultants and portfolio managers to stay abreast of changes to language pertaining to any aspect of the process, philosophy, or management of investment strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega technology functionality. Provide technical training and user support to technical and business groups.
