Assist the Plant Manager and effectively manage day-to-day activities at a 1.5 mtpy Underground Limestone facility. Lead and manage all safety efforts at the plant as well as site planning, mine/pit development, ventilation controls, quality control, and maintenance functions.
Produce and interpret charts and pie graphs showing, for example, marketing summaries or percentage comparisons. Complete legal forms for the facility. Read minutes of meetings in order to keep up-to-date and to plan.
The Plant Manager will perform all plant planning, operational, financial, safety, environmental, personnel and community relations duties in accordance with company programs, policies and guidelines as established by the Corporate Headquarters and will ensure compliance with relevant governmental regulations.
