In this role, you will provide administrative support for unemployment claim responses.Conduct exit interviews and process associated paperwork as necessary. Escalate relevant information to the correct manager.

In this role, you will provide generalist support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources, such as recruitment, staffing, human resources administration, team member relations, compensation, benefits, training and or EEO AA.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day consultation and guidance to agency executives and local office staff regarding human resources functions/issues (e.g. employee relations, family medical leave, disability and workers compensation, performance management, policy and procedures).
The HRBC will be responsible for designated projects, helping to develop procedures and programs to support HR and business priorities and compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
