The AH Executive Director, Business Development is ultimately accountable for the sales growth of their business goals and will collaborate with the marketing, client services, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing results of past campaigns and developing new initiatives and targets.
In this role, the selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to be an effective spokesperson and build strong relationships in the community, bring vision and leadership to the organization and work collaboratively with a seasoned management team and Board of Directors.
In this role, you will be responsible for
efficient and profitable operation of the facility, facility compliance with Kindred policies and State and Federal rules and regulations, and providing the highest quality of care possible.
In this role, you will provide oversight of key areas including financial operations, human resources, customer service, business development, and clinical operations. Implements policies pertaining to patient care, caregiving, and support staff, financial control, public relations, and maintenance of physical plant through consultation with the facility management team.
