This position will guide and manage the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programs for reolute. The facility will look to this person to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state compliance requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and other employee services.
In this role, you will collaborate with home office groups and regional leadership/hr staff to ensure that future strategic direction of region are aligned with mercy health business directions and regional needs.
The HR Senior leader will implement corporate policy at the business unit or division level. He/she facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and leaders to address root causes of human resources issues.
