The Lean Manufacturing Manager will coordinate and lead the continuous improvement initiatives. They are responsible for waste identification and elimination across the plant and have the ability to work cross functionally with other departments. They will drive continuous Improvement and deliver manufacturing improvements.
Managing the relationship with internal stakeholders assembled from various groups (who will not have a direct reporting relationship to the Transition Project Manager), and providing updates to Company Executives and clients. Overseeing internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
