The Client Service Executives primary responsibilities include client retention as well as developing an internal and external network of subject matter experts. This position requires excellent client management, problem solving and strategic planning skills.
In this role, you will coordinate all client services related work at a designated UC Health facility. Develops project work plans and facilitates teams to implement and support new applications, products or upgrades.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop strategic solutions based on industry trending and customer analysis, which includes preparing executive profiles, and continuous study of assigned accounts industry, business challenges and trends.
In this role, the selected candidate creates critical sales messages, leads deal qualification, orchestrates solution construction, validates need/budget/timeline, negotiates win/win scenarios, and can close effectively.
