Evaluating needs and requirements for training program development. Identifies the most effective training delivery method. Consults with subject matter experts and management to determine training scope and content.
Responsible for working with key field members to ensure the Client Services unit is delivering value to their practice, and driving persistency in their client block. This will be achieved by leading strategic discovery with key business partners, and delivering on agreed upon plans.
Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices and training on company solutions.
