Develops active Center of Influence referral network. Assembles cross- functional team to quickly respond to customer requests when not able to address requests personally. Knows when and how to bring in teams of experts.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check.
Maintains an in- depth knowledge of products and services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products. Impacts district referral pipeline via established internal and external centers of influence.
In this role, you will develop long term customer alliances to further support and drive capital sales based activities: prospecting, qualifying, account management, and providing sales support to customer base.
