The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible to support the Global HR Solution as well as HR processes and automation that support the business. This position will be responsible to support the annual HR business processes as well as specific projects.
The candidate will also support and participate in program reviews, briefings and working groups at senior government and executive levels, with forums including representatives from ASA FM&C, OUSD (C), Army Commands, IPA's, Defense Finance and Accounting Services and others as directed. The candidate will report back to management with their findings and areas of suggested improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.

The Product Information Management (PIM) System Analyst reports to the Marketing Systems Manager and has primary responsibility for the integration and maintenance of master data management for import and export of data using the STIBO STEP system.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide intermediate market risk, quantitative and financial analyses utilizing financial risk modeling software programs and modeling tools in support of financial and risk management.
In this role, you will assist in the design and development of Security implementations; develop and implement standards and operating procedures; maintain proper change management documentation for all hardware and software modifications.
