In this role, the selected candidate will perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks to ensure proper cut-off for revenue, assets, liabilities, and expenses; analyze financial data and generate financial reports for management.
Produce accurate, profitable and timely Final Accounts for all programs. For each program, ensure maximum profitability is achieved through implementation of any existing and new internal procedures/policies and wherever appropriate, maximize returns through appropriate exchange rate use.
The Staff Accountant's primary area of focus will be in the area of payroll and benefits accounting for all of Calumet's business operations along with providing support to the Corporate general accounting group in other areas onan ad-hoc basis.
