The Community Relations Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing effort while working with the management team to build meaningful relationships with the assisted living community in the area.
In this role, selected candidate will contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to assigned Inside Sales rep and working with channel partners. She/he will have experience teaming with Federal System Integrators, Channel and Alliance partners.
The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.

In this role, you will maintain channel relationships, including coordination of executive calling/meetings of key personnel to provide ongoing communication of agreed upon partnership activities and goals.
The BDM will work closely with the divisions, their dealers, and product/marketing managers to develop and execute business plans that include: the best assortment of product, the best merchandising, the necessary training and product support, a forecast that meets financial targets and any other set of plan activities required.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop business plans and implement a new customer development strategy sufficient to generate new accounts; manage customer projects and trials to ensure industry leading service and support.

manage customer service levels and provide customer service reports to management for review (open orders, past due orders, on-time deliveries, quotation response and accuracy, shipping errors, OS&D's, etc.)
In this role, the selected candidate will collect key retail information during every call and register accurately in the sales system provided; managing sales, distribution and merchandising of our brand portfolio within an assigned territory.
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and developing the Team with emphasis on strategic planning and enhancing the business to business relationship between Merck Animal Health and the customer base.
