The NPI Program Manager is the primary customer interface during the development, qualification and launch for their assigned portfolio. They are responsible for ensuring program deliverables are aligned with customer needs; delivered on time, within the budget, at or below target cost and expected yields.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a customers production visits. These responsibilities include serving as the customer liaison, ensuring sufficient manpower allocations, increasing margins, meeting commitments, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded, and enhancing the operational efficiency of the teams in order to ensure the successful selling function of the product lines.
In this role, the successful candidate must have considerable knowledge of the information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation.
