Provides supervision of both paid and volunteer staff and management of all related human resources functions including recruitment, training, utilization, evaluation and recognition in accordance with Red Cross policies and procedures.
Develop execution schedules including Agile milestones (Business Requirement Deliverables) and ensure the requirements of those milestones are well understood by stakeholders and appropriately documented.
Develops and manages a set scope of work within one or more projects through setting effective expectations, communication, change management control, budget control and management, issue escalation and resolution, and overall business understanding of the project needs.
Determines the appropriate documentation (communication plans, schedules/timelines, status reports, quality plan, closure summary, budget, risk plan, etc.) for projects. Manages the quality and delivery of documentation to clients.
Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.
This position involves account management, business needs analysis, standards deployment, project management and business process improvement consulting. It includes development and thorough understanding of customer requirements and ability to deliver in scope services in accord with customer expectations.
Create and implement assessments, surveys, and other tools to determine the effectiveness of the Leadership and Management development programs; coach and make recommendations for individual leaders on activities and content specific to their goals and areas of development.
