The Senior HR Partner is an experienced HR professional, who has a broad experience in various HR areas of expertise. The Partner builds a valuable and trusted relationship with internal clients and transfers requests and solutions to/from the business unit.
The HR Generalist provides consultation and/or facilitation in the development, implementation, monitoring and coordination of human resources functions (e.g. FMLA, STD/LTD/WC, Training, New Employee Orientation, policy review and development) for assigned state agency.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day consultation and guidance to agency executives and local office staff regarding human resources functions/issues (e.g. employee relations, family medical leave, disability and workers compensation, performance management, policy and procedures).
Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices and training on company solutions.
