This individual will be responsible for strengthening the leadership and coaching culture with the business and partnering with multiple management levels supporting approximately employees across various states within the northwest as part of a decentralized business model.
In this role, the selected candidate will
participates in employee onboarding and conducting new hire orientation; oversee and manage talent management processes including performance management, succession planning and top talent identification.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day leadership and guidance regarding employment issues including but not limited to recruitment, corrective action, grievance resolution and other employee relations functions.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
