The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for developing and implementing new technology, process improvements, procedural solutions, and project execution to drive best-in class manufacturing across the production, engineering, quality, and scheduling departments.
Responsible for establishing staffing requirements, conducting interviews, new hire process and training of new employees. Works with the move operations manager to ensure the profitability of moves as well as exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will manage and develops relationships with key customers in assigned district and determines strategy for value proposition and product penetration. Manages all aspects of customer service and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for
the operation and maintenance of the districts operations, including collection system and treatment plant as well as all financial operations. Develop, implement and maintain budgets for the districts operation.
In this role, the selected candidate will select, train, motivate and evaluate District employees; provide or coordinate staff training; develop goals and performance standards for employees; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives; including, management of the profit and loss statement at the property level, deposits, accounting and more.
