Responsible for representing Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. in the local and regional business and real estate community in order to promote Jones Lang LaSalles reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients.
This position is responsible for managing the operations and directing employees at assigned facility, ultimately ensuring the overall satisfaction of customers and projecting an image of service and a feeling of confidence in The Andersons.
Responsible for driving profit in the district through effective application of human resources activities; partnering with the District General Manager (DGM) and the district team, will act as liaison between employees, management and the HR function.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives; including, management of the profit and loss statement at the property level, deposits, accounting and more.
The General Manager is responsible for planning and managing food service across the entire campus. In conjunction with direct reports, develop strategic operations plans aligned with the client's mission, vision, and objectives to include sustainable practices while balancing the fiscal constraints of the operation.
