The Financial Systems Developer & Analyst will engage in analyzing business needs & identifying solutions, planning projects, gathering requirements, analyzing requirements and evaluation as well as the implementation and maintenance of the Financial and Reporting Systems .
The candidate will also support and participate in program reviews, briefings and working groups at senior government and executive levels, with forums including representatives from ASA FM&C, OUSD (C), Army Commands, IPA's, Defense Finance and Accounting Services and others as directed. The candidate will report back to management with their findings and areas of suggested improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
In this role, you will help coordinate the development of and further standardize the detailed Integration Work plans working with Finance and Business Management and the Integration Management Office (IMO).

This position will perform various budget, expense management, and accounting functions. Primary responsibilities include analyzing expenses, forecasting expenses, developing and maintaining Enterprise expense metrics, performing benchmarking, and providing support for the Hyperion Planning application and the annual Enterprise budget process.
