The Network Engineer who will be responsible for reviewing DSLAM serving areas in the BSA (Broadband Serving Availability) graphical system to add and update pushpins for the purpose of official CAF II (Connect America Funding Phase II) household counting and reporting to the FCC.
Translate flow charts, decision tables or other instructions into appropriate computer language; execute trial runs to verify accuracy and completeness of program; correct errors by making necessary alterations to test programs and processing specifications.

The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of interactive screen development. Candidates will be able to provide technical analysis, support, and programming for the department.Experience with SQL and MQ Series is a plus.
The Quality Engineer will lead and facilitate the implementation of site specific quality initiatives and their continual improvement. Responsible for the site quality engineering activities of leading, coaching, and facilitating problem solving, analysis of data and continual improvement activities.
