In this position, you will work closely with Graphics team to primarily create, maintain and troubleshoot records for digital materials in Companys database. Responsibilities will also include working with marketing to create, design and maintain the Company website along with other websites and web based applications and forms.
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the timely processing of all personnel related data to include reports and requests related to the property's employees. This position also provides necessary personnel reports for company, regulatory and state reporting requirements and serves as a liaison with the Indiana Gaming Commission regarding gaming license issuance, renewals and terminations.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to project plan, co-ordinate and carry to completion database initiatives, with solid interpersonal organizational and people communication skills, as well as solid writing and oral communication skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with a variety of systems including System i production system, general ledger, human resources information system (HRIS), & various other enterprise systems.
