In this role, you will be responsible to identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products / processes or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
In this role, you will ensure that site, regional and functional Lean implementation plans and business processes align with global Lean strategies and adhere to the standard Lean implementation processes.
The purpose of this role is to support the development, implementation, training, teaching, coaching, and management of the implementation of a world class continuous improvement system utilizing lean and six sigma techniques across 14 facilities and corporate head office.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage multiple projects with interdepartmental and cross functional stakeholders; effectively trains, implements, and communicates project management methodologies across the organization ensuring accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze value stream flow and determine optimal material flow based upon lean manufacturing techniques; facilitate employee teams to build cohesiveness and improve overall results of the respective team tasks.
