The SFMC Client Partner views every project through three lenses: Strategy, Technology, and Creative and its application on the SFMC Cloud Platform. With any project we take on, we know that the value of our clients brand is in our hands and we are looking for a Client Partner who can maximize value for SFMC, their end client and Theorem.
Additional responsibilities include all necessary follow-up communication with processing areas and clients with regard to service and/or problem resolution; as well as communication of the Wealth Management value proposition and the Consultative Sales Process.
Evaluating needs and requirements for training program development. Identifies the most effective training delivery method. Consults with subject matter experts and management to determine training scope and content.
In this role, you will be responsible for the client service & marketing functions of one or more Financial Advisors following a wealth management or portfolio management business approach, including any operational functions necessary to meet client service requirements.
