Provides on-site support and direction to Center associates for the Vice President of Revenue Management to assure appropriate procedures are followed for patient scheduling, registration, medical record documentation, billing, and collections. Serves as day-to-day manager of financial and administrative staff.
Collaborate with the Senior, Forecast Analyst and iCenter management members to analyze call volume, call patterns, and traffic flow so as to meet required internal and customer prescribed service level objectives and to optimize staffing levels.
