The Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics plays a key role in the definition, design, development, and support of reporting and analysis providing decision makers with actionable business intelligence attained from data gathered in the daily interactions that customers have with digital websites.
The Cost & Inventory Analyst is a new role within the organization. You will play a key role in the accounting team of 7 people. Cost and Inventory Analyst must be able to do at ease analysis of current cost and inventory. Your feedback and suggestions will be considered important.
Acts as a liaison between the business, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and end users in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the solution to ensure optimal performance.
Provide remote software support, installation, and configuration for customer facing systems; manage project schedules and support ticket escalations; pursue training as necessary to maintain industry recognized certifications.
Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing.
As the Sales Analyst you will be an integral part of the Revenue team, working closely with the Director of Sales. You will collaborate with our Sales team members to develop, analyze, and pull strategic insights on Revenue metrics and trends.
Assist external and internal customers with enrollment related inquires; assist in New Group Implementation; auditing Records; Review and process enrollment questions and appeals per the Plan Document.
This position supports and participates in a broad range of illustration activities for ILFS, including illustration development and testing, product implementation and maintenance, product marketing and training, as well as inforce illustration systems.
