The primary responsibilities in this position center on financial modeling, business case and business plan development across all segments. This will include the management on the schedule, prioritization and processes associated with the business case expectations of each phase or product enhancement.
Create and maintain a unified, consolidated, prioritized work plan/roadmap for the Large Omni-Channel Segment Team across all relevant areas for the initiative including Product, Technology, Design, Operations, Client Service, Marketing, Partnerships.

Drive standardization of specialty underwriting by defining risk assessment parameters, setting quality service standards and developing and leading self-audit initiatives to foster consistent and profitable risk selection.
Collaborate and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences, Quality and Global Biological Development stakeholders to define projects that address business needs and enhance competitiveness.
Manages existing real estate assets to secure cash flow; minimize site lease, real estate, and some public affairs expenses; employ capital monies for new construction and acquisitions; and maximize value of assets in condemnation. Prepare monthly & quarterly reports.
This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of a global portfolio, including developing the strategy and business plan, driving new product development, gaining cross functional alignment and driving the execution of the business plan.
Manage within the expense policy and ensure as much advance scheduling is done as possible. Manage expenses within the assigned budget and submit expenses in a timely manner with the proper documentation.
