Develop product/service ideas in healthcare, from early concepts to detailed design solutions.As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll follow a user-centered design process to understand requirements, explore ideas, build and test prototypes and create design specs.
Understanding of design for small handheld device screens, web design issues, including browser usability and cross-platform compatibility, is necessary. Requires strong design and troubleshooting skills, as well as an eye for detail.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate throughout the entire SDLC and will work directly with back end and front end development teams; develop user flows, wire frames, prototypes and usability analyses; research and document best practices.
The User Experience Architect will support and report to UX Managers and will work with a multi-discipline design team including user researchers, usability testers, visual designers and front end developers.
The User Experience Designer / Information Architect will be responsible for developing web, mobile and cross channel user experience designs through individual contribution and participation in teams.
