In this role, you will develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will complete database recording recruitment/staffing performance which can be used to analyze/determine placement rates, turnover, compliance and areas for improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment of non-executive positions both at our corporate and field locations. Included in this function is the sourcing of candidates through traditional and non-traditional methods.
