This person will interact with and influence senior internal and external stakeholders. Senior Project Managers will make launch date commitments to businesses and manage stakeholder expectations with regard to Baxter deliverables during the program.
Manages the day-to-day tasks/activities for all resources assigned to project; this includes ensuring that tasks are completed on time and roadblocks and/or obstacles are identified and communicated to appropriate management resources.
Provide EHS compliance management support to a wide variety of industrial clients, including, but not limited to, developing SPCC and SWPP Plans, preparing Tier II and TRI reports, developing EHS programs and procedures and providing training.
Develops and documents project schedules, milestones and budgets for team. Typically shares budget, schedule, milestone and cost / benefit decision-making responsibilities, but not accountability, with executives and managers.
This position is responsible for creating and managing project plans, including schedule, scope, for large, complex projects with minimal oversight; and managing internal resources across the clinical program departments for delivery of a products or services to internal and external entities, i.e. employer groups, brokers, consultants.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, quality and risk; including, milestone planning and reporting, project budget tracking, budget analysis, project staffing.
Analyze input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and user audience to create and modify program deliverables, as necessary; maintain and manage a closed-loop feedback process that aligns to a maintenance schedule.
