As the Senior Manager for Clinical Client Operations, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Prior Authorization experts focused on monitoring, measuring and maximizing the quality of Prior Authorization overrides.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and provide for ongoing improvement of preventive maintenance and engineering procedures, hazardous materials communications plan, indoor air quality programs, preventive maintenance programs, budget operating costs estimates and comparisons.
In this role, you will coordinate with internal functional groups to ensure design integrity and manufacturability; develop and support the team to ensure we maintain a technical competitive advantage.
This position will also be responsible for production planning, liaison with engineering and supply chain on a variety of continuous improvement initiatives and change management of advanced manufacturing projects.
In this role, you will be responsible to
identify and report on key performance indicators, and in particularly, metrics that drive business results, and help improve marketing program attribution to more accurately measure and assess marketing programs performance and impact.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, maintain and grow effective relationships with physicians and clinicians within the HSO to engage in the identification, evaluation, pilot and execution processes for ensuring clinical efficacy of product being evaluated while maintaining or reducing total supply costs.
