The successful candidate will be responsible for setting project strategies, defining project responsibilities and timelines, providing leadership in a matrixed team setting and developing robust processes for cGMP manufacturing of AbbVies small molecule and/or antibody-drug conjugate candidates.
Develop Yield Estimating and economic analysis tools which meet the needs of Engineering and Sales Support. Use your understanding of kinetics, mass transfer, and reaction engineering to make innovative contributions to UOP's technology development efforts. Develop enhanced work processes and modeling techniques.
Develop and deliver process models which meet the needs of r&d, engineering, and sales support. Develop yield estimating and economic analysis tools which meet the needs of engineering and sales support.
Research will involve working directly with environmental scientists and social scientists to construct evidence-based policies and practical solutions to current water and food issues on the local, national, and / or global scales.

Participates in global or regional task forces and committees. Initiates exchanges of technical information with other research, functions and support groups throughout the Corporation to meet business objectives.
Participate in the identification, development, and implementation of new technologies/platforms that improve the efficiency of the overall drug-discovery process for therapeutic proteins, especially as related to ADCs.
