Develop key performance metrics such as profitability, time to market, cross sell ratios, fraud prevention analytics, product recommendations and similar decision recommendations with the objective of identifying predictable and sustainable business decision processes in every business we operate.
In this role, the selected candidate will execute the process to determine if a term with in a Regulatory, Quality, and Safety (RQS) System is an existing or a new Critical Data Element (CDE), Governed Data Element (GDE), Non-governed Data Element (NDE). Update or create the term definitions accordingly and coordinate any updates to RQS Systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve current business databases, queries and BI tools. Develop and program new queries and output reports per business needs.
This will be accomplished by standardizing, automating and integrating (CoE approach) as one company, driving data integrity and remaining agile to the evolving needs of customers and BDs Go-to-Market corporate and BU strategies.
As a Sr. BI Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insight and solutions to important business questions; this will be achieved through using a number of BI tools and methods, including SQL querying, writing stored procedures, and generating statistical tests with R and SAS.
Understanding complex business processes and relationships to existing data. Working with business contacts, analysts and other subject matter experts to identify, understand and document business needs for data.
