Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce application architecture, governors limit, and development components such as Visual Force, SOQL, Apex Classes and Triggers, JQuery, APIs, Process Builder, Approval process, etc.
Ability to provide broad and deep technical leadership and cohesive architecture approaches for strategic efforts. Prior experience in establishing a salesforce.com Center of Excellence with emphasis on Governance, setting of Multi-Org rollout strategy, and Release and Change Management Processes.
Write custom apex controllers, triggers and components as per business requirements provided; create custom Visualforce pages for extending standard salesforce.com functionality or for creating brand new set of functionality.
Develop relationships with key business and IT executives and become an expert on customers' implementations of Salesforce understanding their CRM and wider enterprise architecture as well as their top business goals and needs.
