The Consultative Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the experience of members and driving profitable sales of Home Appliance area by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support to the member, achieving department standards and goals, and performing sales-support activities to maintain a clean, in-stock, orderly and well-merchandised sales floor for conducting sales activities.
In this role, the candidate will work with business owners and their leaders to help them contain costs, simplify administration, and minimize employer-related risk by moving to a consolidated HR model.
In this role, the selected candidate will find and develop prospects by heavy networking, referrals, cold calling, direct selling, business development through support organizations, and Centers of Influence.
In this role, you will involved in the sale of clinically differentiated solutions to include IMPRESS instrument tracking software, surgical instruments, Genesis containers, products and/or disposables.
In this role, the selected candidate will meet regularly with internal customers to determine how their applications (including but not limited to SAP Services) can be incorporated into PAM by developing a plan for the integration and management of their ongoing PAM requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate develops and implements short and long term plans to achieve annual sales and gross profit dollar goals by building on existing accounts and identifying and cultivating new opportunities for growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone to initiate and cultivate new clients.
This position is responsible for supporting the growth of our Medicaid, Dual Demonstration and other related Medicaid programs (i.e. SNPs, etc.). Specifically, this role is responsible for supporting RFI/RFP response development; oversight of implementation activities for new programs.
