This position is responsible for performing account management functions from the medical management perspective; serving as primary contact for Marketing Major/National and Mid-Market Accounts specific to presentations for existing and prospective clients, medical issues and questions on medical management programs.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key surgeons, therapists, nurses, physicians, clinicians, department decision makers and/or administrators (multiple decision makers and influencers) within assigned accounts or markets.
In this role, you will build sales through a consultative process where you discover customer needs, determine whether those are best met through products we have in stock or custom products, bring in product experts if required, work with the design team to meet customer needs, and then work with customers on final product changes.
The internal sales consultant will consult at point of sale on product details, fund performance, fund holdings and investment allocation; you'll assist agents in basic servicing questions, grow a territory, and back-fill for team members when needed.
Responsible for consulting with direct sales teams and customers to provide technical expertise regarding the design, customization, implementation and account management of technical products/services/applications/solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall solutions design; conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design.

Experience with leading digital initiatives in consumer electronics such as Agile Product Development, Systems Thinking, Smarter Manufacturing, Next Generation Supply Chain, Industrial4.0 Frameworks, Quality Management and Plant/Shop Floor Optimization.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish the best possible long-term relationship with each prospect and client so as to maximize future revenue opportunities; included are meaningful business relationships with "C" level executives.
