Assist with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process for the ERM Program Office. Coordinate processes to effectively document and monitor new products and services risk decisions, and governance and maintenance of key risk policies.
In this role, you will be responsible for the model validation process. In this capacity, the Manager will be tasked with building out a local model validation team, as well as serving as a point of contact within the global model validation function.

Work with the client to plan an engagement strategy, define objectives, and address technology- related controls risks and issues.
Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve problems and make recommendations for improvements.
Consult with the leadership team and program management to ensure the training approach is aligned to meet the needs of the business and is implemented in an effective, repeatable, and consistent fashion.
The IT Risk Manager develops, coordinates, and evaluates ON Semiconductor policies, procedures and standards to identify risk and ensure protection of information assets. This individual collaborates with any and all organizations necessary to ensure compliance with corporate, legal and governmental procedures and regulations. This position reports to the Chief Information Security Officer.
