The primary focus of a Territorial Sales Representative is to continue and develop existing accounts while constructing strong relationships with those accounts. The PMA Territorial Sales Representative will be working in the Mattoon Illinois region.
Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close; identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, preparing for the demonstration, gathering application ideas from others, setting up and running the machine during demonstration in a professional manner, tear down of the machine, reporting and shipping the samples, and cleaning the machine.
The role will require the maintenance of existing accounts and a targeted and driven focus of new customer acquisitions across the given region. The role will involve travel and carry aggressive sales targets and quarterly objectives.
Achieve and/or exceed sales goals within the prestige product category (as well as other product categories) through consistently providing exceptional client experience, client acquisition and relationship development.
In this role, you will be completing all aspects of the customer interface including coordinating the negotiation of the transportation agreements, rate and accessorial publication, any other relevant documents and collections.

In this role, the selected candidate will work with marketing and sales operations to take advantage of lead development efforts (outbound lead development reps, inbound lead generation, trade show leads and partnership leads.)
The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for an assigned corporate market where they will grow revenue and enhance PODS' competitive position through development and implementation of sales initiatives and local sales programs.
