In this role, you will have experience in tracking and entering time into billing system; drafting purchase and sales agreements, deeds, title commitments and policies, and related documents under attorney supervision.
The paralegal will work with the attorneys and support them in handling commercial real estate closings from beginning to end, including ordering, reviewing and clearing title, preparing closing statements and documents, and handling closings and post-closing work.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase and sale transactions, loan transactions and development transactions; Assisting with the purchase, sale, sale/leaseback, and ground lease transactions for multi-state assets.
The real estate paralegal will be responsible for preparing for and assisting with real estate transactions, including obtaining commitments for title insurance, UCC searches, certificates of good standing and certified documents.
