The Quality Control Test Engineer analyzes and understands how the software is used by end users, designs test cases to achieve thorough coverage of the product features and modules, and executes these tests to ensure the software product shipped to production is of high quality with few defects.
The Supplier Quality Engineer will ensure that new products and parts meet quality standards by evaluating suppliers overall performance. You will also identify suppliers for new products or parts, as needed, and act as a liaison between manufacturing plants, purchasing, and product development teams.
Designs, codes, unit tests, white box tests, and debugs software; writes or participates in code documentation; design of test case and analysis of problems/ test results. Sanity/Performance testing of medical device products is plus.
Assure product quality through the development of 'net-new' manual or automated test scripts. This effort should maximize the roI while minimizing quality risks. Output consistent with department's guidelines.
The ideal QA Tester should be enthusiastic about learning and applying different SDLC approaches and QA methodologies, and possesses technical expertise in test case design, test execution and progress reporting.
Responsible for supporting and designing automation test scripts and script less test scenarios through component based test automation framework and enable functional testers in maximizing automation utilization.
