The Sr. Project Manager adheres to a prescribed project Management Standard of Work following guidelines from and exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action for implementation and issue resolution.
Participates in and performs safety audits; In addition to ensuring housekeeping, storage and work practices are adhered to. Acts as the single point of contact between company and the customers, regarding Project activities.
This position is responsible for creating and managing project plans, including schedule, scope, for large, complex projects with minimal oversight; and managing internal resources across the clinical program departments for delivery of a products or services to internal and external entities, i.e. employer groups, brokers, consultants. ie. provider groups, consultants and third party vendors.
Confer with project staff to outline the work plan, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and review project status reports, modifying schedules and budgets as required to meet prescribed plans.
Proactively manage risks and opportunities such as allocation of resources, modification of schedule, or revision of contractual specifications and work with the Functions, PMO and customer on resolution.
