The Project Coordinator provides management for an education, research &/or operations program/project, recommending goals, assessing feasibility and ongoing performance & providing day-to-day oversight of administrative & operational functions.
Provide direction on the scope, types, and evaluation of clinical and administrative programming that is offered utilizing published best practices and empirically proven clinical methodologies in delivery of client care.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for assuring program quality for Advance Care Planning. This role will also be responsible for program development, implementation, education, outreach, and outcomes regarding advance care planning across the continuum.
The primary objective of this position is to help create and maintain the management systems, processes and procedures that lead to the teams exceptional performance in terms of financials, key metrics, internal and external customer satisfaction, and employee morale.
This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to departments, divisions or enterprise areas; manage the relationship between ITG and internal/external client organization in business and technical environments.
Maintains program level issues/action logs, risk registers, scope change requests/logs, program work plans, and program cost tracking; incumbent may assist senior coordinators with larger, more complex chartering/planning sessions.
The ideal candidate is eager to support, has good coordination skills, excellent communication skills, proactive in managing reports and updates and is not afraid of taking up administrative tasks together with project coordination activities.
The incumbent typically has some relevant project management experience and will require limited supervision for most duties. He/she supports projects that have moderate value and may be somewhat complex in nature.
