Define innovative product attributes to create product differentiation. Collaborate with other divisions and business units to create solutions that leverage other ON products to solve customer problems.
Responsible to lead the sales and marketing efforts of the division including (Price, Promotion, Positioning, and Product). Includes tradeshow support, marketing literature, press releases, dealer training and materials, etc.
Manages a team of individuals to drive correction, prevention, and improvement throughout the plant, responsible for results in terms of timeliness and conformance to regulations and Baxter quality policies.
Responsible for the launch of new products. Initiates and participates in the development of all marketing collateral material. Establishes sales promotions and special incentive programs. Prepares technical databases for proposal generation.
Lead the effort in defining new products with application & design teams, establish product road-maps consistent with customer needs, and select new products for development among numerous investment opportunities.
