The primary purpose of this position is to support the Brand use, protection and enforcement activities of the Association. The incumbent will provide direct support to the Chief Brand Counsel, Senior Brand Counsel and Brand Counsel.
Prepare exhibit packages, including: reviewing internal databases and client sites, requesting needed documents to include as exhibits; review documents extensively and redact all non-public information.
This position interacts with colleagues in a team setting and upholds the image of the Firm by maintaining positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff, and observing confidentiality of client matters.
Organizes and tracks large numbers of documents; develops information retrieval systems which include digesting, abstracting and indexing of documents, and may include calendaring or docketing of information.
Coordinates and schedules travel arrangements through web-based application; maintains attorney/legal assistant calendars (Outlook Calendars); conducts internet research as directed by attorneys; Calendar Court Services.
Draft documents for commercial sales/lease deals which include escrow instructions, estoppel certificates, tenant notices, requests for consent, corporate authority documents, UCC statements and attachments.
