This position will manage a team of associates who will have broad and deep experience in front, middle and back office operations as they play a role in supporting the service center staff in handling escalated client issues that require expertise to research and resolve.

Assist with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process for the ERM Program Office. Coordinate processes to effectively document and monitor new products and services risk decisions, and governance and maintenance of key risk policies.
