In this role, you will provide 24 x 7 coverage on all Production and select non-Production hardware and software related issues including problem alerting, analysis, resolution, and follow up to ensure stable ongoing systems uptime.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled job.
Candidate will primarily support the America's region but will collaborate with network team members from the EAME and Asia Pacific regions. Collaboration will include technical guidance associated with daily support related issues as requested as well as assisting in clarification of enterprise network and network security standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for setting up user accounts, maintaining library of system documentation and installing system-wide software and allocation of mass storage space.
