The Key Account Manager (KAM) will appropriately increase volume growth, market share and profitability in target accounts. They will develop and implement strategic initiatives designed to optimize the performance of key regional accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will triage client tickets and/or questions (email and voicemail) within 24 hours; maintaining ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution which includes supporting escalations if appropriate and providing customer updates.
In this role, the selected candidate will be develop existing accounts, build relationships within those accounts, and develop new relationships within existing accounts to sell the value that offers to our client base.
In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and related functions to prioritize and develop key reporting metrics around brand objectives to support better and more informed business decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with marketing decision makers and supplementing sales directors efforts to grow new and existing business.
