The Communications Coordinator - Marketing facilitates effective, professional communications on behalf of Health Alliance Medical Plans with its many clients/customers: physicians, providers/owners, members, potential members, employer groups, media, JV partners, and employees.
Manage the Firm's ad requests for sponsorships and programs across pro bono, diversity, practice and recruiting initiatives. This includes: creating content, recommending image and working with design team and lawyers on required deadlines.
Prepares and facilitates snail mailings including list preparation. Prepares communications when requested to distribute content. Coordinates and executes timely distribution of content through various channels and on schedule with campaign or launch plan.
