The Marketing Operations Analyst will be an individual contributor who will serve as an expert resource on DASH, CMS and Adcore systems. The Marketing Operations Analyst will partner with both the business and technical teams to innovate and deliver new characteristics and enhancements for existing sales campaigns. This position focuses on the overall execution, delivery methodology, development, testing and support of telemarketing and sales campaigns that drive principal revenue for the business.
Supports marketing team by accurately generating custom reports and lists on a regular and on-demand basis; provides on-going member data and trend analysis and provides recommendations for enhancing marketing and sales efforts.
The ideal candidate is data driven and holds technical experience actively managing the integrated operations of our Marketing Automation System (MAS) and CRM. Understanding how to configure these technologies to work in harmony to support Sales & Marketing business processes, as well as campaign workflows, is critically important to be successful in this position.
