This individual is primarily responsible for developing content for a variety of delivery platforms while applying adult learning concepts. This means demonstrating efficiency through analysis of customers' needs, partnering with subject matter experts, developing courses that cater to all levels of the sales force, measuring the effectiveness and managing new and ongoing projects.
This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation and performance support of client service learning technology initiatives. This position partners closely with asset management training partners and subject matter experts to provide high quality customized training solutions and course development.
The Instructional Designer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and maintaining content of all new and existing educational events/activities, ensuring the programs support the CAP Learnings strategy and team performance objectives and meet the needs of the target audience, and must function with minimal supervision and independent judgment.
