The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic business partner to True Value Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Leadership teams to build solid working relationships and provide active support for all HR functions.
Partners closely with management and employees to assure proper documentation, communication and alignment of management expectations is clearly stated in relation to the employees work product which supports our corporate goals and objectives.
Perform diverse and complex assignments covering a wide range of HR functions, including employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, compensation planning and management, organization development, affirmative action, and training.
Serve as the point of contact for all client inquiries and issue resolutionExecute all activities supporting the HRBPs with respect to the Talent Management Agenda and programs including Talent Reviews & Succession Planning materials, data maintenance, reporting, and analysis.
Must have significant experience successfully working through Employee Relations issues, including: preparing responses to EEOC claims, claims of harassment and hostile work environment, special accommodation requests, work place conduct and performance management.
Responsible for partnering with the DNA HR Team to design and implement strategic organizational development programs and initiatives targeted at enabling business objectives (such as talent and succession planning, structure alignments, and workforce optimization).
Partner with management and talent acquisition to complete workforce planning; identify short and long term staffing needs; participate in the interview process and conduct full cycle recruiting when needed.
Coordinates the delivery of the consulting work, including scheduling and managing other consultants as required by the project; works with clients to create appropriate communications and timetables for the delivery of services.
