Manage designated aspects of the employee relations function and advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Serve as principal contact for employee relations issues, resolve employee relations issues.
Perform buy and sell-side financial HR due diligence, as well as global post-deal integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investors.
Provides communication and follows up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.
Provide day-to-day support and counsel to functional location in the areas of employee relations, talent management, compensation, policy interpretation, and employee development. Act as first line resource to managers and employees on human resources issues and partner with them to implement solutions. Work with managers and their teams to assess needs, and develop and implement appropriate plans to increase employee engagement and drive organizational performance.
Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports. Drive system enhancements using project management methodology. Continually review processes to identify and optimize systems solutions and the potential for automation.
This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing divisional and enterprise-wide human capital communications strategies and initiatives, and comprehensive program management and reporting support for the Human Resources Division.
Create the people strategy and plan to successfully execute the strategy; partner across HR and with the business to implement solutions to close gaps and create competitive advantage (develop and implement workforce plans, initiatives, and solutions that drive positive employee and labor relations, support growth and drive business results).
