The HR Generalist is responsible for analyzing market trends in order to recommend, design, implement, and manage compensation policies which are competitive and consistent for the company and its facility locations.
Assist with managing all core HR processes and tools including labor requirements, training needs, and strategies to reduce employee turnover and improve the employee experience; and supporting ongoing business needs for the HR team.
Responsible for ensuring the implementation of various human resources programs and procedures in compliance with all Related policies and procedures and all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity and Human Rights statutes.
Partner with management and talent acquisition to complete workforce planning; identify short and long term staffing needs; participate in the interview process and conduct full cycle recruiting when needed.
Acts as an advisor and provides technical expertise and analytical support to the Human Resources team in relation to employee benefits administration, compensation administration, and HRIS system maintenance.
Must have significant experience successfully working through Employee Relations issues, including: preparing responses to EEOC claims, claims of harassment and hostile work environment, special accommodation requests, work place conduct and performance management.
